Drain Service

Clogged once is a clog. Clogged again is a cause.

Anyone can push a clog downstream for a week. We clear the line and then look at why it happened, because a drain that backs up every few months is telling you something.

How We Clear It

Two methods, chosen by what the line actually needs.

Cabling (snaking)

  • ✓ Best for isolated soft blockages and hair or debris clogs
  • ✓ Fast, low-impact, works well on branch lines
  • ✓ Punches a clear path back through the obstruction
  • ✓ Usually the right first move on a single slow fixture

Hydro jetting

  • + For grease, scale, and heavy buildup coating the pipe wall
  • + Scours the full pipe diameter rather than boring a hole through
  • + Common on kitchen lines and recurring main-line issues
  • + Not appropriate on lines that are already compromised, we check first

Why we camera first on recurring clogs

If a line has backed up more than once, the clog isn't the problem, it's the symptom. Roots, a belly in the pipe, or a cracked section will keep catching debris no matter how many times it's snaked. The camera tells us which one we're dealing with, and it tells you whether you're buying a fix or a temporary reprieve.

How pricing works

Flat rate quoted after we see the line. Straightforward cabling jobs are priced simply; jetting and main-line work are quoted after camera inspection so you know what you're paying to fix.

What your drain is telling you

01

One Slow Fixture

Usually a local clog in that branch line. Typically a straightforward cabling job.

02

Several Drains at Once

Points to the main line rather than any single fixture. Needs camera inspection.

03

Backs Up Every Few Months

A recurring clog almost always has a structural cause worth finding.

04

Gurgling or Bubbling

Air displacement often means a partial blockage or a venting problem downstream.

Questions About This Service

Drain Cleaning FAQs

We quote flat rate after seeing the situation. A single slow fixture is a simpler job than a main line that needs jetting, so we price it after diagnosis rather than quoting blind over the phone.

Sometimes temporarily, but repeated use damages pipes, especially older ones, and it doesn't address structural causes. If a drain keeps clogging, chemicals are treating the symptom.

Most straightforward drain cleaning takes under an hour. Hydro jetting and main line work take longer, and camera inspection adds some time on the front end.

Yes. Grease-loaded commercial lines are a common jetting job for us, and we can set up recurring service so it doesn't become an emergency mid-service.
